Charles Balvin

Charles Balvin is an attorney with ten years of litigation and transactional law experience. His practice involves a wide array of areas including real estate, commercial, corporate, surrogate’s court, white collar criminal defense, and appellate litigation. Mr. Balvin also handles sophisticated transactions pertaining to real estate and corporate formation.

Previously, Mr. Balvin served as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County where he prosecuted white collar and computer crimes that appeared on CNN, The New York Times, and other major media publications. He also served as an associate at a prominent Manhattan real estate law firm where he handled both litigation and transactional matters. Most recently, Mr. Balvin graduated with an LL.M. in International Business Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in the top 10% of his class.
